added water [experimental]!

Hey guys!

So, due to popular demand, I've added water! It's pretty experimental at this stage, but at least you can create your cities with some lakes and the like for now. I plan on implementing an auto-tile solution for drawing water and making the edges look organic. Also may look into making streams and smaller bodies of water.

I also touched up the tree shadows ever so slightly.

Just redownload the new .zip/.exe files to test on windows, or simply play in your browser [the browser build will always be up-to-date].
